Founded in 2017, The IBB Foundation is a community-led initiative driven by a simple belief: every individual deserves opportunity, recognition, and the chance to thrive.

Our work is supported through personal contributions from the Founder, together with donations, sponsorship, and community support. The Founder receives no salary, fees, or financial benefit from the Foundation’s activities.

All funds are used solely to support our programmes, events, and community initiatives, including the IBB Beacon Awards. We are committed to transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship of resources.

We currently operate as an independent community initiative while exploring the most appropriate legal structure to support our future growth and impact.
